I love how the new block glisten after I've oiled it!

Oh, I forgot to mention... The shop has been been open for exactly one year. Time has flown by too quickly!

Hello everyone!

Managed another special for tomorrow... "Fodders made with ingredients that do not contain gluten". Hopefully the lab test sampling goes to plan, the I can change the name to a more simple "Gluten Free Fodder".

Anyway, so there will be those, chilli, cheddar & garlic, honey & mustard, c***r & apple and then hog roast.

Both pork & apple and hickory bbq burgers.

Gammons are back as well. Also, a very small amount of my unsmoked back bacon.

Then all of the usual gear.

A bit cooler now so it's getting to the time I want a roast joint, even though really it's still pretty humid! Used some left overs from a pork crackling joint to make a Spanish inspired dinner 😋

🚨 The verdict is in and the Hog Roast Sausage was a huge hit! Marc is going to make a bigger batch for this Saturday as they were snapped up so quickly.

A tasty mix of sage and onion stuffing, red onion and apple sauce. If anyone has tried some let us know what you thought in the comments!

There will also be Cheese and Marmites ready on Saturday too

In the meantime classic Fodders, cuts and joints will be ready tomorrow from 12 - 5 and Friday 12 - 5
