Drill Operator & Relief Spray Operator

Full-Time, Permanent Position – On Friesland Farm, Whistle Drove, Burnt Fen, Bury St. Edmunds, SuBolk, IP28 8EQ.

🌾 About Us
A L Lee Farming Company is a family-owned farming business, producing roots,combinables, and legumes across 4,500 hectares in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.

📌 The Role
We are seeking a full-time operator to join our team with a primary focus on drillingoperations. Key responsibilities include:
• Drilling sugar beet and French dwarf beans.
• Serving as a relief sprayer operator during peak spray times, supporting the lead sprayer operator.
• General farm work and maintenance as required.

✔️Requirements
• PA1 & PA2 certification.
• Full UK driving license.
• Previous drilling experience with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent record-keeping skills, motivation, and commitment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
