Founded by Swiss born master baker Ernst Strassman, the former head patissiere at Fortnum & Masons of London. From humble origins, Heidi's now has 9 coffee shops across Hampshire served daily by the Hayling Bakery. A family run business with a dedicated workforce and strong social conscience.
