Barista/Front of House - Farm Shop & Coffee Shop

📍 The Croft Farm Shop | 🕤 9:30am - 5:00pm | Five Days a Week | Sunday & Monday Off

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic barista to join our busy farm shop & coffee shop on a full time basis. If you’re passionate about brewing delicious speciality coffee, and enjoy working in a calm, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
• Prepare & serve high quality coffees and drinks
• Deliver excellent customer service & assist with the till, serving food and other front of house duties.
• Work independently and stay organised during busy spells

What We Offer:
• Staff discount in farm shop & coffee shop
• Free drinks on shift
• Supportive, welcoming team
• Work with locally roasted beans & speciality guest roasts

Experience working in a busy coffee shop or hospitality role is desirable and specific barista experience is preferred although training will be given if required.

This is a full time, permanent position. If you’re looking for summer or part time work, barista experience is essential.

We’re serving nibbles, açai bowls, milkshakes, smoothies, coffees and bakes all evening until 10pm 👋🏽

We have the wonderful hosting our quiz tonight, and there’s lots of prizes to be won!

Quiz starts at 8pm but come a little early to grab a bite and a drink before it kicks off 🫶🏼☺️

We have back to host, so it’s sure to be a great night 🥳🫶🏼

Just £2 per person — book your spot at the counter when you come in. We’ll be serving coffee, bakes and açai bowls all night ☕️🥐 with a few little extra nibbles available too, just for tonight!

Open from 10am this morning as usual, right through until evening ~ quiz starts at 8pm sharp so come with plenty of time to get a coffee and a sweet treat first! 🫶🏼
