SUMMER HIGHLIGHT - SAY CHEESE!

It was fantastic to welcome chef Kristin Reagon 🇿🇦 to the farm over the summer, fresh from her experience on the Great British Menu 2026.

Kristin sampled our creamy milk, traditional Jersey ice cream, and our finest cuts of Jersey beef including fillet, ribeye, and sirloin.

Here’s to Kristin’s future success in bringing together authentic South African culinary techniques and quality local ingredients in future competitions🍴

An early start this morning in the micro-dairy. Preparing fresh Jersey milk for the vending machine, plus milk and cream for a well-timed ice cream production.

A new batch of White Chocolate and Biscoff Jersey Ice Cream is due in the freezer by 10am Saturday. 🍨

Litre tubs £6.50, small tubs £2.50 (please bring change for honesty box).
