Our Summer Solstice Gin is one that takes its inspiration from its surroundings. Whether that be the local folklore story telling, or even just the summer walks, past hedgerows full of the scents of summer.

This gin has a classic juniper spine with then the some shiso, rose hip, and blackcurrant leaf.
There is then a final addition of Killahora Apple Ice W**e, really rounding out all the scents and flavours.

It’s limited edition so get yours before it is all gone, order online of if near the distillery pop by to say hello.
