菜床正式開工喇！馬糞同木屑混合在一起，啟動熱堆肥嘅過程！呢個天然方法可以快速分解有機物，製造出營養豐富嘅泥土，為我哋嘅中式蔬菜做好準備。🔥🌿🐴

🌱 Hot Composting in Progress!
The raised bed is heating up — horse manure and wood chips are mixed together to kickstart hot composting! This natural process breaks down organic matter fast, creating rich, nutrient-packed soil ready for our Chinese veggies. 🔥🌿🐴

Two raised beds tested — pH 7.0–7.7, moisture and temperature looking healthy. Thanks to coffee grounds for helping condition the soil naturally. The beds are ready to grow! ☕🌿
