🇮🇹 We headed to Italy! 🍋✨

Our stop in Italy has been and gone, and this time we served up a fresh Mediterranean favourite... Chicken Piccata! 🇮🇹🍽️

Tender chicken in a rich butter, lemon and caper sauce, paired with perfectly roasted potatoes and crisp green beans. Simple ingredients, bold flavours, and another reason to fall in love with Italian cooking. ❤️
