Some serious monster-sized pumpkins in the field this year 👹 who is going to snap them up first?!
We tried using various animals to show the sheer size of them but shockingly they weren’t very compliant and if anything made them look smaller 😆🤦‍♀️

🎃 WE’RE GETTING READY FOR PUMPKIN PATCH SEASON 🎃

We’ve already had people messaging us asking “When are you opening?!”.. we LOVE the keenness!

So, here it is…

🍂 Every weekend throughout October — 10am–4pm
🎃 Half term — 10am–3pm
🚜 No need to pre-book — just turn up!

We’re making a few changes this year with more for kids to do including our NEW BALE MAZE 🌾🎃🗺️
We’ve also been busy collecting lots of new props and fun photo opportunities for you to discover around the patch 🎹🛁

And of course we will be supporting the brilliant Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust

If you visited us last year, take note… the pumpkin field has moved! 🎃

We’re still in the same place on School Road, Salford Priors, but the patch is now on the opposite side of the road, in the same field/entrance we used for the flowers. So follow the signs and you’ll find us!

Expect wheelbarrows, pumpkins galore, photo spots, games, muddy boots, autumn colours, a bale maze and plenty of rustic farm fun for the whole family. 🍂🎃🚜

📍 School Road, Salford Priors, WR11 8XN

We can’t wait to welcome you back! ❤️

A pretty scary day for all involved yesterday after an enormous fire broke out on neighbouring farmland spreading towards both villages.
Our emergency services really are amazing, working incredibly hard, fighting the blaze for hours and hours in heavy PPE on the hottest day of the year.
Real life superheroes!! Our community can’t thank them enough for their hard work in the most extreme temperatures.
Also shout out to our amazing community of farmers, game keepers and others who came from near and far to bring machinery, water and manpower to help contain the fire.

🌳Forage on the Farm 🦔 Discover the wild side of the farm🍂

As summer begins to fade and the seasons turn, join us on the farm for a guided foraging walk with Darren Parkin, an experienced outdoors instructor with decades of experience helping people discover and enjoy the natural world.
Through Everwild Outdoors, Darren delivers simple, accessible foraging and fieldcraft experiences, encouraging anyone with a curiosity about the outdoors to get outside and look closer at the landscape around them.
For this special morning on the farm, we’ll explore beyond the cultivated fields and discover the abundance growing all around us. From hedgerows and field margins to wild corners and the wider farm landscape, we’ll look at the seasonal plants, fruits and other wild foods that can be found at this time of year.
Darren will share his knowledge of the landscape and introduce you to some of the edible treasures hiding in plain sight, helping you to build the confidence to recognise, understand and appreciate the wild food growing around you.
No previous foraging experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to explore.
After our walk, enjoy a rare-breed sausage sandwich, made with pork from our own pigs, alongside a hot drink of your choice.
Sunday 6th September · 10am
£20 per person

🌸 That’s a wrap on our first Pick Your Own flower season🌸

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us over the past few weeks. We’ve loved welcoming so many of you to the farm for something a bit different, and your support has meant so much as always.

A special thank you to everyone who came along today. We’re sorry to those who missed out on a tractor ride. Our tractor and team were assisting with the awful fire in neighbouring Harvington. We hope everyone is okay!

Although flower picking has now finished for this year, the flower field will still be open for our educational visits, Sunday morning yoga and a few more special events while the blooms last.

Thank you for making our first flower season one to remember. We’ll see you next year! 🌻💛
