📍Location: Hampton Lucy - Stratford upon Avon
Valefresco Ltd is a leading grower, importer and packer of fresh salad crops for wholesalers, processors and retailers. Due to continued growth we’re looking for a Quality Controller & Despatch Operative to join our team in Hampton Lucy.
✨ What we’re looking for:
✅ Good understanding of English (essential)
✅ Computer literate - confident using QC/despatch software
✅ A strong team player with great attention to detail
✅ Thrives in a fast paced environment
✅ Previous experience in food production is desirable, though full training will be provided to the right candidate.
✅ Experience with powered pedestrian trucks is also an advantage
📑 Key responsibilities
* Carry out quality intake checks and assign scores
* Complete secondary product, packaging, and label checks
* Conduct positive release assessments
* Monitor stock quality to meet customer standards
* Maintain accurate QC records and documentation
* Support internal audits and staff training
* Follow company health & safety policies
