You guys are certainly keeping us busy! 🥛 🐄
Every day, we divert milk into our pasteuriser during morning or afternoon milking 🐄
The milk is gently pasteurised in small batches, bringing all the milk up to temperature, holding for 30 minutes, and then rapidly cooling back down 🥛
Pasteurising is the process of killing any bacteria which may be found in the milk 🥛
Our slow process keeps all the natural flavour that milk should have and means it is super fresh 🥛
