🌟 WE’RE HIRING – Sales Development Trainee 🌟

We’re looking for someone who loves quality, farmhouse produce and wants to build a career in sales within the cheese and fine food world. As a farm-based producer and wholesaler, our story matters—so we want someone who’s keen to learn every part of what we do.
🧀 What the role involves:
• Learning about cheese from our own production right through to world cheeses
• Getting involved in all areas of the business as part of your training—from spending time in production, to helping in the warehouse, to joining the team on the occasional delivery
• Visiting independent retailers, cheese shops, delis, chefs, and manufacturers across the UK
• Advising customers on the best cheeses and ingredients for their counters and menus
• Helping with tasting events, food shows, and marketing projects
• Supporting our account managers and helping build strong relationships with customers
• Travelling to visit customers (full driving licence required)
• Some general admin to keep everything running smoothly
🌱 Who we’re looking for:
• Someone who cares about good food, especially farmhouse and artisan produce
• Happy to get stuck in and understand how the whole business works—not just the sales side
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• Interested in building a long-term career in sales and fine foods
Full training will be provided—you just need passion, curiosity, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
The role is based at our head office in Inglewhite.
