Chevallier Pale Ale has found its way to The Debenham Lion
Brewed exclusively from Chevallier Barley; the heritage grain first grown just up the road at Aspall in the 1820s. Light in colour, generous in malt, dry hopped with Idaho 7. Mango, apricot, a touch of pine.

A pub that’s been serving Debenham since the 1400s seemed like the right home for it.

Their verdict:
“The beer itself is a delight – light in colour with a generous malty character. Dry hopped with Idaho 7 to give bold aromas of mango, apricot and a touch of pine to finish.”
