Collin & Son boasts its own processing plant in Eyemouth, where dedicated boats land their catch on a daily basis. Such products inc

lude Live Lobster, Fresh and Live Langoustines, Live Brown and Velvet Crab along with seasonal products such as Wild Scottish Salmon, Wild Sea Trout, Line Caught Mackerel and Squid. The factory also has its own cooking plant which allows Us to offer a range of cooked products too. All our products are packed, shipped and delivered to our customers within 24 hours of being landed, offering freshness and premium quality at all times.
