Ingredients:

50ml Bluegrass Kentucky Straight Bourbon (swap for the Bluegrass Rye if you prefer a sharper, spicier kick!)

25ml Martina Lacuesta Vermut Rojo

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 Jack Rudy Bourbon Cocktail Cherry (plus a tiny drizzle of the cherry syrup for richness)

Method: Add the bourbon (or rye), sweet vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir smoothly until well-chilled and properly diluted (about 30 seconds). Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, and drop in your Jack Rudy cherry to finish.
