HI FOLKS!! Here’s a picture of 3 things from the past..LAMBS LIVER, PIGS LIVER…AND ME!!
Yesterday a customer came in and asked if we sell liver, as they struggle to find it these days, and
yes we do!! Yes it is pretty much a thing of the past, and we don’t sell lots of it, so it comes in fresh to us and then we slice it up, put 4 slices in a pack and then freeze it, which seems to work.
Liver is very good for you, it’s a very rich source of iron, vitamin A and vitamin B12.
So, if you can get over the feel of it,

Yes, we’ve added 2 lovely quiches
to our selection of lovely pies, pasties and sausage rolls.
CARAMELISED ONION AND BRIE
and CHICKEN WITH MOZZARELLA AND SUN DRIED TOMATO.
They have plenty of filling and a nice thin pastry crust.
