Patricks of camelon are back doing their Doner Pies… these are better than before. Quality donner meat, this is way better quality and higher meat content than your average kebab shop doner. The sauce is sweet with a stern kick to it and the pie case is good as well. This is a cracking pie.

The mrs had the kemlin pie and reckons it’s the second best thing to come out of kemlin… after yours truly of course! She thought there must have been buckfast in it though to earn the “kemlin pie” moniker. 😂

No doll, just steak and double gravy!

Our Potted Hough recipe isn’t something we just threw together… it’s been passed down through five generations of the Patrick family 👨‍🍳—and trust us, it’s stood the test of time for a reason.

If you grew up in Scotland, chances are you’ve had this put in front of you at some point… maybe you loved it, maybe you weren’t so sure back then 👀
But one thing’s for certain—it’s a proper Scottish classic that deserves a second go!

So what is it?
👉 We take hough (shin of beef), slow boil it until it’s melt-in-the-mouth tender
👉 Add plenty of black pepper for that signature kick
👉 Then let it cool and set into that rich, flavour-packed meat and jelly

Served cold, spread thick on a piece of bread or oatcakes… it’s simple, hearty, and full of flavour—the kind of food that takes you right back.
