❤️ A little update from The Lunch Box Café… ❤️

After a lot of thought and an incredibly difficult week last week, we wanted to let everyone know that The Lunch Box Café is now officially closed.

This certainly wasn’t how we expected our journey to end, but due to unexpected health issues, we have had to make the difficult decision to step away from the café.

We want to say a huge thank you to every single person who has supported us — whether you’ve popped in every morning for your breakfast, grabbed a coffee on the way to work, ordered lunch, sat in for a chat or simply recommended us to someone else. We have met some genuinely lovely people along the way, and we are incredibly grateful for all of the support we’ve received. ❤️

We’re very proud of what we created at The Lunch Box, and although our time running it has come to an end, we would absolutely love to see the café continue.

The Lunch Box Café is therefore available for sale as a fully established and equipped business, and we would love to hear from anyone who may be genuinely interested in taking it on and making it their own. Please feel free to send us a private message for further information.

We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to essentially run the café as their own business and receive a 33.3% share in the company, while Deb and I retain our shares but step back from the day-to-day operation.

The right person would take responsibility for running the business, including staffing, stock, suppliers, bills and the general financial and operational management of the café. In return, they get the freedom to put their own stamp on an already established business and directly benefit from helping it grow.

There is so much that could be done with the café — deliveries, outside catering, corporate lunches, events, new menus, extended services and plenty more. We simply don't have the time to give it the attention it deserves alongside our other commitments.

This could be an incredible opportunity for someone who has always dreamed of running their own café but hasn't had the capital to purchase and set one up from scratch.

We aren't simply looking for an employee. We're looking for the right person to become our business partner.

You will need to be hardworking, commercially minded and genuinely motivated to make the business successful. Previous hospitality/catering or business experience would be a huge advantage.
