A long overdue update: It’s been an interesting few months! After leaving Tilford at the end of March with no real plan I have been welcomed by the wonderful team fff Brewery. To brew my own b**rs there I had to re register my APPA (production license) this took 3 months, thanks to HMRC’s speedy operation. Within that time I was not able to brew anything and with very limited stock, not much to sell and keep the business going. I got my APPA granted a couple of weeks ago and since then have been working hard to get some variation of stock behind me. Moving forward I will be based at Triple FFF and will be producing my full range of b**rs (all the time they will put up with me) they have even been kind enough to start putting my b**rs on in their taproom, so if you are in the area drop in for a few pints, there is always a great range of their b**rs on.
