Wonderful photos from the first half of our week at Aintree International Equestrian Centre for the Equiyd National Amatuer Championships taken by the truly amazing Majestic Media 😍😍

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit disappointed with our results but we’ve had some fab rounds & are learning how to up our game for the technical 1.10m classes with every round.
Very grateful to have qualified for the Synovium 1m championship tomorrow so 🤞🤞 for that.

The eagle eyed will spot the many bridle changes - as ever we’ve gone back to bitless and I’m just having to learn how to pilot the little feisty mare round a tight arena in a sort of headcollar 🙈 but it’s definitely the best option so far!

This is my show of the year, literally our reason for competing 🤩 if anyone is feeling generous enough to like my photo comment on the original post I’d be very grateful!
I already get to take the pony of my dreams, I’m aware I’m ridiculously lucky, but this would be such an awesome thing to have some backing & a little leg up to help the costs of carting us all the way up north!

Magical, wonderful Italica pony gave me 200% today and managed two clear rounds 🥳 even round the looooong gallopy courses (not our happy place!) we were quick enough for 7th so got to take part in prize giving and do a lap of honour round the international arena 🤩 a very special day!
