We're really lucky to get a lot of Green Woodpeckers on the farm especially on the lawns around the farm shop

They're often quite elusive and disappear making a lovely sound the second you appear but this one was busy minding its own business and happy to hang around 😍

Signs of a false Autumn 🍂 too as the trees shed leaves early in a desperate bid to conserve water 💧

There's nothing out there to eat but they always seem find something as they definitely aren't wasting away 😉😂

Don't worry, they've had a bit of hay to supplement them over the last week but as you can see North Devon's are 'good doer's'!

Access from Brackley direction is as normal despite the 'Road Closed' signs, diversion in place from Banbury as there is no access along the A422 through Farthinghoe

Just to let you know that access along the A422 from Brackley to the farm is 'open as usual' despite the 5 road closed signs from the Brackley Tesco roundabout onwards!

It's only once you get to Farthinghoe village that the road is shut with a diversion in place
