📍 Community, friendship, and farewell at Café Guild, Faversham ☕🥂🍩

Hazel Bird shared this lovely moment from Café Guild on Court Street, where friends and regulars gathered outside the café to celebrate a heartfelt leaving party for Joyce – one of Café Guild’s much-loved regulars.

As Hazel said:
“Café Guild hosted the leaving party for Joyce, one of our favourite regulars. So many of her friends enjoyed the afternoon party. She will be missed by everyone at Café Guild – Prosecco & Doughnuts! What a way to say goodbye.”

This wonderful photo of Joyce’s friends and fellow regulars outside Café Guild reminds us that our cafés are so much more than places to enjoy great coffee, cake, and conversation. They are at the heart of our community – bringing people together, creating friendships, celebrating milestones, and offering a warm welcome to both residents and visitors alike.

What a way to wrap up the year at Café Guild✨🎄

Despite the cold and wet weather outside, the Supper Club was warm, welcoming and full of festive cheer inside. Guests enjoyed a delicious Christmas feast prepared by the Chef and her little helpers, while the Cafè Guild team created a fun, friendly atmosphere that truly captured the spirit of the season.

And yes… Santa even popped in early 🎅 (anyone recognise him?) bringing extra smiles alongside his Cafè Guild helpers. Two fantastic events, a full house, and a very merry end to the Supper Club year.

John's Kitchen Sittingbourne will be at Faversham Market this Christmas Bonanza Weekend Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th, so come along and Visit Faversham to browse spectacular stalls and shops, take time to visit Café Guild the best café in town, and fine selections from Monks’ Granary Wine and Cheese at Standard Quay and Macknades Farm shop with delicacies from accross Kent and beyond,.
