World Meningitis Day is a day to remember, reflect and come together.

It’s a chance to remember those we’ve lost, stand with those living with the long term impact of meningitis, and help shine a light on the road ahead.

This year, our team have joined the Light the Road Ahead campaign, lighting up the store and their homes to show their support and help raise awareness of meningitis.

It’s something that means a lot to us here at Macknade, and we’re so proud of everyone who took part. 🩷

A little taste of autumn has arrived in our Cafè

Whipped goat’s cheese, roasted butternut squash, local apple, caramelised onion and toasted walnuts, all on Gilda Bakery focaccia.

Sweet, savoury, creamy, crunchy and very much the kind of thing we want to be eating all season!

💙⚽ INCLUSIVE FOOTBALL IS BACK TODAY! ⚽

Our youth Inclusive Teams are getting ready for their next round of fixtures in the Kent Disability Football League this Sunday! 🙌

The Kent Disability Football League festival this Sunday provides a safe and positive environment for children, teenagers and adults with special educational needs or disabilities to play football.

A huge good luck to all our players and coaches, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone out on the pitch and enjoying their football.
