Our Faversham pub, The Limes has welcomed new General Manager Lauren Weight in time for this weekend’s Faversham Hopfestival - and it’s something of a homecoming for her.

Lauren, who has run three Shepherd Neame pubs before, has family in the town and so does her partner, and is relishing the chance to be on duty for festival weekend, having been a visitor for many years!

Her future plans for the Preston Street pub, which has a strong following locally, includes freshening its décor and making more of the first floor function space for parties and community events.

The wait is almost over as Faversham Hopfestival returns this week 🍻

The festival takes place on Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6, with some venues in town kicking off the festivities on Friday night. We can't wait to see you there!

A BIG thanks to our team for supporting the iconic Margate Winter Gardens at its Summer Weekender ☀️

Last Sunday (August 23), we offered samples of our newly launched Whitstable Bay 0.5% Pale Ale and gave away branded merchandise as part of the free event, which also featured live music, DJs and family entertainment.

We are delighted to be the official drinks partner for the historic seaside venue and look forward to its official reopening in March 2027!

An elegant horse-drawn carriage drew crowds as the show-stopping centrepiece of the reopening of Mayfair’s oldest surviving pub, The Coach & Horses, this week, following a major refurbishment 🎉

The carriage provided a fitting nod to the pub’s name and echoed its new bespoke swing sign, featuring a coach and horses, outside the Grade II-listed building in Hill Street.

Just a stone's throw from Berkeley Square, the building has a refreshed new look and feel that celebrates its rich heritage while sensitively updating it for the future, with a classic red lantern above the entrance, new décor and a new food offer centred around speciality flatbreads and charcuterie boards.

Our traditional London pub, The Duke of York in Southwark, has firmly secured its place as a local landmark for loyal customers after reopening following a major refurbishment 🍻

The historic pub is now run by licensees Darren and Janet Wellman - who already run four of our pubs in the capital – and has General Manager Lorenzo Nicoletti at the helm.

The refurbishment emphasises the building’s character and traditional features and the pub is already wowing visitors with live music, Sunday roasts and a fresh new menu.

The town's vibrant folk festival, sponsored by Shepherd Neame, kicked off at the weekend with musicians, dancers and family entertainment.
