Our Ultra-Rapid EV CHARGERs are now LIVE in our Fuel Road House tea room car park !

54p per kWh at up to 150kW, it's a bargain for that speed!
Come down and fill up on solar-generated energy from our barn rooves.

Normal credit & debit cards and contactless all accepted.

Whilst you wait pop into the tearoom and grab a coffee or bite to eat, or entertain the kids in the garden.

We are already listed on the FUUSE charging app under Fuel 1 and Fuel 2, and it will up be on ZapMap imminently.

A big thanks to Horsham District Council for their grant funding which helped us roll this out

Solar Powered Ultra-Rapid EV CHARGING is coming to Holmbush Farm this week!

On Wednesday we will be commissioning our Ultra-Rapid Kempower EV chargers in the Fuel tearoom car park, thanks in large part to a grant from Horsham District Council's Rural England Prosperity Fund.

The dual 150kW CCS2 chargers will be open to the public and will be powered entirely by sunshine on sunny days, generated by the solar panels on our barn roofs. We will be charging to the public at heavily discounted rates (~55p/kWh) compared with 80-90p/kWh for ultra-rapid charging at the major service stations.

Fill up with renewable power and dive into our tearoom for a coffee or pop outside and see the animals whilst you're waiting. You can see live on the screen inside how much sunlight is going into your car.

We are open! Holmbush Farm has a brand new educational programme and our tearoom, Fuel Roadhouse, is open NOW.

Come by and see us today and find out more about our offerings, including:

- Workshops and classes about farming, foraging, food and more.
- Forest school facilities for schools and educators
- Electric vehicle charging (ultra-rapid 150kW) powered by our solar panels (coming January 2026 with huge thanks to Horsham District Council’s REPF grant contribution)

Uk Farmers will not be releasing milling wheat from farms from the 1st of April. Shortages of bread is inevitable and with Easter coming the shelves will be empty.

Good evening everyone. Just a quick note to say we are nearly finished brash burning our clear fell Norway Spruce plantations on the farm. We should be done by the end of this week. Sorry for any smoke this week the wind changed direction on us!

We will then be munching the old stumps and preparing for planting. 25,000 new native hardwoods and cedar trees are due next week! The whole team will be super busy planting them as quickly as we can.

If you do walk across the A264 and up the bridleway you will see one of our plantations as it runs alongside. You’ll notice we have to fence these plantations to protect the new trees as the fallow deer can decimate 1000’s of young trees in just one evening if we don’t! Please take care with your dogs as they won’t be used to it being there.
