Today’s creation fresh out of Maria's Kitchen was a very special request for a customer! 👩🏽‍🍳✨

While this beautiful, elaborate layout isn't my usual signature look or a professional design style, my number one goal is always to listen to my customers and bake exactly what makes them smile.

This multi-layer masterpiece is dressed in silky white frosting and meticulously topped with delicious layers of rich chocolate curls, fresh juicy strawberries, sweet raspberries, and a crown of decadent Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello truffles! 🍫🥥🍓

It was a wonderful, creative challenge to put together, and seeing the customer's face light up made every minute worth it. Sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone brings the sweetest results!

We hope you are all having a wonderful start to your week!

You might have noticed things have been a little quieter than usual around here lately. We want to sincerely apologize for the lack of updates and baking posts!

Life behind the scenes has been a bit of a balancing act due to recent health recovery and managing the busy school holidays. 🎒🤒

Family and health always come first, but please know we miss baking up your favorite treats so much! We are resting up, organizing behind the scenes, and getting ready to fire up the ovens at full speed very soon.
