All-grain beermaking at home I've been foraging for about 8 years and still find it fascinating. I think everyone would benefit not just from foraging some amazing wild food but also from walking in nature. Connecting with the natural world is something that is essential in current times. Currently i offer foraging walks in spring (mainly

covering plants, flowers and herbs) and autumn (mainly covering mushrooms and nuts/fruits). Would love to offer a seashore foraging course but have not found a good enough place near me (West Sussex). I also am interested in smallholding skills. Preserving, brewing, smoking, curing, cheese making are all important skills that should be widespread. If you want to book a private walk in a specific location, please get in touch and we can discuss it.

The final foraging courses of the year done in the last two weekends. great walk with Jonnie Taylor Countryside Walks the previous weekend and this weekend. The foraging season is slowing down for winter, so it is time to plan next year. will keep you posted with some interesting new activities.
