Our latest hazy, Endor!

This 5% Hazy Pale is hopped with Nelson and Superdelic for a crushable b**r with vibrant layers of gooseberry, red currant and passionfruit. We also used a Belgian yeast for some wit-style yeast esters so expect a touch of banana too!

Delighted to introduce Reach!

We love working with the local community, and this was a really fun project! Reach was brewed with CLASP, a self-advocacy group for people with learning disabilities in Wokingham Borough. We visited the team at CLASP in August to tell them more about brewing and ingredients, we also tasked them with designing a label and naming the b**r! They then joined us for a brew day a few weeks ago, and here we have the final product! An easy going pale hopped with Citra and Mosaic, and the label designed using ideas from Dean, Lorna and Nikk.

Available online and at the taproom! Proceeds from the sale will be donated to CLASP to support the amazing work that they do!

Oregon Trail…but not as you know it!

Meet Sorachi Trail. We’ve taken our flagship Oregon Trail recipe and switched up some of the hops with the wonder that is Sorachi Ace! This distinctive hop brings big notes of bright lemon and zesty orange with herbal undertones, like dill and coriander. Highly divisive, but when you used right, we love a bit of Sorachi!

This week at the taproom we’re introducing First Pour Thursdays, starting with Sorachi Trail! Fresh on tap tomorrow, so you can be the first to taste it - give it a try and let us know your thoughts, we might convert you!

We’re closed today, having a break after a busy weekend here at the taproom! Thanks for everyone that came down for a b**r (or two!), we always love hosting you!

That’s a wrap on August!

It’s been a busy month! We’ve launched our 3rd and 4th b**rs from our 10th birthday series - 4 more to go!!

We got some new umbrellas for outside to keep you all cool and shaded.

We won Champion B**r at Fringford B**r & C***r Festival! Another award for the wall!

We hosted the lovely folks at CLASP for a collab, which launches soon…

Then we launched, and abruptly sold out of, Oregon Trail Hot Sauce! Don’t worry - more is already in production, so that’ll be back in stock soon!

Hot (literally!) off the press, Oregon Trail Hot Sauce 🔥

We’ve teamed up with the lovely folk at The Pantry Couple, Yateley, to bring you our classic OT in a fiery form!!! A slow-fermented hot sauce made with red chillies, Scotch bonnet peppers and REAL Oregon Trail, blended with apple c***r vinegar for a tangy, fruity heat and a deep fermented flavour. Handmade in limited batches with big flavours, simple ingredients and no shortcuts.
