What a wonderful summer we've had! It's been my busiest yet, thank you so much to all my wonderful customers, I really appreciate your support ❤️ it means the world to me.
The most popular flavours have been Orange, Ginger & Dark Chocolate, and Wild Garlic & Feta. Coming in a close second- Caerphilly Cheese & Leek mini Welshcakes, and Oaty Crumbles.

I'm almost out of the delicious wild garlic I picked in the spring 😥, so I'll be experimenting with alternative greens soon, possibly kale with a touch of garlic ....
And considering autumn flavours using the bounty of this season- apples, Pumpkin.......

Two markets this week!

And an extra special Aberjazz market by Paul Sartori on Sunday 10.30-4- wonderful vintage clothes, food and drink, Aberjazz drumming workshop, and no doubt some musical surprises from the Aberjazz fringe! Perfect for a browse and out of the rain 😀

I know how many of you have a Ty Mwffin favourite- Raspberry Bakewell. Well, how about a Blackberry Bakewell? The same jam and frangipane centre, but with juicy blackberries.
It's a limited edition as I havent been able to get out and about to pick very many 🙃

I've been really enjoying baking with the wonderful seasonal fruit we have in Pembrokeshire, and a massive thank you to those of you that have shared your garden bounty with me!
I have some gooseberries and Rhubarb in my freezer and so my fruity friands will be available for a few weeks yet 😋

What shall I make with the season's blackberries and apples?
Last year I made Apple &Blackberry Crumble muffins, Blackberry Bakewell muffins, Apple Caramel muffins ...
