We go through heaps of rose wine during these festive times but sadly stock of this gorgeous La Baume ran out a few weeks ago….😢
However we have since been informed that “Christmas would be ruined without La Baume” and that “part of our family tradition is to celebrate Christmas with endless glasses of La Baume Rose” but we still said sorry it won’t be back until we ship again before Easter…..only joking! It’s back in stock!😊

It is a gorgeous drink to be fair, a blend of Grenache and Syrah, a lot prettier than appears in this photo and superb with Turkey by the way….👌

Tomorrow is the third Thursday of November and that means only one thing….Beaujolais Day! 🍷
Across Europe we celebrate the first wine released made from this year’s harvest 🍇
Plenty of great venues across west Wales celebrating Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 tomorrow and for the next few days - go find one close to you! 😊

I know there were plenty of fireworks displays last night but here’s another Banger for you….😬

This is District 7 Cabernet Sauvignon from Scheid Family Wines, Monterey County. A family owned estate established in the early 1970’s and today completely powered by renewable wind energy from a 400 foot tall wine turbine which also supplies energy to many homes in the local community. All their vineyards are certified sustainable too. ♻️
This Cab is harvested from two estate vineyards, Hames Valley and San Lucas and is aged for about 10 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. It’s a banger…..crammed full of rich blackberry fruits, almonds, warming spice from the time in oak, big flavours yet smooth and refined, plenty of bang for your buck! 🍷

Just Landed…I Buongiorno, Fiano, Salento, Italy 🟠

Fantastically fresh Fiano selected from low yielding, organic vineyards around Brindisi, Puglia, on the Adriatic Sea. 🇮🇹
In Puglia, Fiano is poured with Tiella - a local dish of rice, potatoes and mussels but don’t worry it’s amazing with Pembrokeshire seafood too! 🦪🦞
Crisp, delicious orange citrus in the glass and refreshing like the coastal breezes that cool Puglia during the summer months. Grab yourself some, it’s mighty Fiano.
