Last shout out for beef box gifts for pick up at the farm (112 Ballagh Road, Fivemiletown BT75 OLE)

We’ll be around 23rd afternoon and 24th all day.

Items are individually listed on the website (www.kiltermonpurepasture.com) so pick what you want and we’ll get it boxed.

We still have delicious 1kg/2kg roasts, rump steaks, steak strips which are genuine off cuts of our premium steaks so delicious for stir fries, steak burgers etc in stock.

All products gluten free.

It’s the last few days of our grazing season this year, it’s been a good year for grass but time for the shed. Daily fence moves will be replaced with telehandler and bales.

Our freezers are full again but it will take a day or two to get the webshop updated…..more details to follow!

What a gorgeous morning! 🍁

We use mob grazing to manage our pastures to maximise soil health, encourage pollinators and sward diversity. The animals get a new strip most days so are well used to the routine. Even the calves know the score by this time of the year. For most of the grazing season we rotate one large mob but we’ve separated the Lowlines and the Speckles as its breeding season.

Freezer full…..a beautiful animal all ready for you! Lots of roasts, beef pieces for stews, brisket and short ribs etc for slow cooking as the weather gets cooler.

There is a small price increase to reflect the increasing beef price across the sector.

For regular customers, make sure and hit “sort” as it sometimes holds onto your previous page view and you can’t see the new products/current stock…..we’re investigating but no solution yet!

All products gluten free. Local delivery in the Clogher Valley, BT9 or arrange a time that suits you to pick up at the farm. Next day courier delivery available across the UK.
