Two generations, one passion. 🐟

On the left is me, still learning every day. On the right is my grandad, Chris Neve – a man who’s spent a lifetime in the fish trade and helped build a name that’s been trusted by chefs and customers for decades.

I’ve been lucky enough to learn from one of the best. From choosing quality fish to preparing it properly, there’s no substitute for years of knowledge and experience.

It’s something I’m proud to carry on, making sure every customer gets the freshest fish and the best service possible.
