Hi All,

Sadly we have had the business valued, so to quash any rumours of us being up for sale it has not been placed on the market as of yet.

When we took the business it was very much for the reason of keeping a business alive and keeping people in jobs, it was never for the money as we already had two established business on lord street and was too good of an opportunity to turn down!

Bakeries are struggling up and down the country, more so when a high street already struggling has been closed for nearly 4 months? footfall is down by around 40% and this no longer sustainable for us, we have had to reduce staff hours and let staff go and its absolutely killing this business with the huge overheads we have.

I have had chats with other business owners who are really struggling down this high street and we stand together in trying to get this high street open

Does anybody please have any information on who to contact as we would like to now start applying pressure as longstanding business on this high street?

If this was Blackpool or Cleveleys the issue would of already been sorted!

When the stink was here everybody was out in force and making noise, but there doesn’t seem to be much noise around the high street which needs all of your support!
