This Saturday at The Food Barn, Razor Clam Brewing will be joining us with their bar, which means you can park Dad with a proper local ale while you wander the market picking up all the good stuff to make him a lovely Father’s Day dinner.

Line them up and you have got flavour ready to go. The kind you keep reaching for all week.

At the Food Barn, the shelves are packed with small-batch, proper Cornish produce. Made slowly, made well, and made to be used.

Think:

• Jams bursting with fruit
• Honey straight from local hives
• Hot sauces with real kick and depth
• Chutneys that lift any cheese board
• Pickles that bring crunch and bite
• Preserves that turn simple meals into something better

It is the easiest way to upgrade what you are already cooking. A spoonful here, a drizzle there, and suddenly dinner feels different.

They’re coming back. And this is where your summer evenings belong.

Food Barn Wednesdays return for 2026. Six evenings of great food, good drinks, and a proper community feel as the sun starts to dip.

This is your midweek switch off. No rushing. No cooking. Just turning up, grabbing something to eat, and settling in for the evening.

Think wine in hand. A cold beer. Something fresh and interesting if you are not drinking. Plates of food you did not have to make. Music, chatter, and that easy buzz that builds as the night goes on.

You will come for a quick bite. You will stay longer.

Bring friends. Bring family. Or turn up and see who you bump into.
