Our pizza dough is made in-house using a blend of Italian flours and is slowly fermented to create a delicious base with a light and crispy crust. SOPI is a mobile pizzeria serving freshly made, delicious, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. We operate weekly in and around East & West Sussex and surrounding areas: West Hoathly, Sharpthorne, Lindfield, Haywards Heath, Cowfold, Bolney, Ansty… at various destinations throughout the week.

Quite an exciting delivery arrived yesterday!

Yesterday the prep kitchen got a serious upgrade with our new mixer.

It doubles our single batch capacity, cuts my dough prep time in half and after its first mix this morning, I can already tell it’s going to be a game changer.

Massive thanks to for getting it to me so quickly. With the old mixer giving up on Wednesday, the timing couldn’t have been better!

Now it’s time to put it to work. 🍕
