What a fantastic day at Landmark Forest Adventure Park

We met up with Valerie, Alec and Angus.

The boys had a great time exploring together and me n Valerie got a good chance to catch up.

Hotel to warm up for a bit, then dinner time.

Evening sunshine 🌞

There was definitely an Autumnal nip in the air this evening. The girls however where just picture perfect in the wildflower meadow Sustainable Kirriemuir. Enjoying a wee chat with the boys too.

We started putting our own beef away in the freezer mainly for we knew it would be good stuff.

Good stuff to feed our family with.

We knew exactly what went into it, both physically and into the careful breeding decisions.

And so the next step to share what our wee farm could produce with our local community

A beef share, a 10kg beef box with a whole selection of cuts. Burgers for an easy mid week meal, family BBQ, mince n tatties, spagbol, a roast for the weekend and steaks for a special occasion.

Knowing the freezer is full, Knowing there's something good to eat, Knowing where it came from, Knowing how it was produced.

And so many of you keep coming back to stock up

We have just 2 more opportunities this year to fill up the freezer with our grass finished beef.

Next up is Lincoln Red available last week of October (collection day TBC)

So what is in our signature beef box?

A 10kg box of our grass finished beef. A selection of Roasts, steaks, stewing, mince burgers and sausages. Essentially a 10 kg share of the animal. All vacuum packed, labelled and freezer ready.

Another great Beef collection day!
