When we released our first single malt in late January, we kept it deliberately scarce — 150 bottles, no more. The vision was always to return at ten years old, when the whisky would have had a full decade in cask to become everything we believe it can be.
But only four cases remain. And the question we’re asking ourselves — and now you — is whether nine years is reason enough to open the doors again.
