On the 21st September I will be walking the West Highland Way with two friends. I have chosen to fundraise for Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland. The main reason for doing this is a very personal one due to my wife Gillian Ann Paterson suffering from acute heart failure, when she was first diagnosed with heart failure she also suffered a stroke which affected her vision. I also suffered two silent strokes which I was completely unaware of. If you would like to sponsor our 96 mile hike from Glasgow to Fort William you can do so via my Just Giving page. Thank you to everyone that came and got a baked spud today at Fraserburgh Blue Light Festival. You made it another amazing busy day for us despite the rain ☺️ we had a great day meeting and feeding everybody.

And special thank you to the organisers and volunteers who got a free spud at the end of the day as a thank you for all their hard work 😁🥔
