Mornings are getting a bit lighter, the gaps between the rain are finally stretching out, and that can only mean one thing… time to update our shelves 🍷
We’ve started the hunt for some summer-ready wines. A few new faces have already landed on the shelves (with plenty more on the way), so here’s a little preview of what’s catching our eye right now:
🍇 Mount Horrocks Semillon from the Clare Valley - crisp green apple freshness balanced by a delicious creaminess that screams aperitif hour.
🍇 Savoire En Route Pour L’Apéro - soft stone fruit with a little citrus zing. Dangerously easy to drink.
🍇 Luigi Baudana “Dragon” Langhe Bianco from Piedmont – pear, white flowers and a clean mineral finish that keeps you going back for another sip.
🍇 Le Benjamin – a modern Bordeaux style: juicy, bright and fruit-forward with a fresh, easygoing feel.
🍇 Sur Le Fil Ventoux, souther Rhône – juicy cherry, wild strawberry and a gentle spice. Perfect for chilling and sipping on sunny afternoons.
