The philosophy underlying the business is very important to Ebbie. She has a great relationship with her local butcher (Cayfords) and other suppliers. The Kitchen uses organic diary products and fair-trade products. Ebbie will work closely with you to design the perfect menu for your party or event and Maitred’ Donna who has been working for Ebbie for the past 4years manages the front of house team to work efficiently and unobtrusively to ensure you and the guests have the perfect occasion.
