CRYOPOP – ORIGINAL BLEND 💥

Our latest release is all about pushing hop character through biotransformation.

Using Yakima Chief’s CryoPop blend, we’ve built this beer to maximise flavour — a big whirlpool addition followed by dry hopping during active fermentation, allowing the yeast and hops to interact and unlock new, more expressive aromas.

The result is a bright, fruit-forward pale ale with notes of:
Tangerine, Pineapple, Peach, Grapefruit and a subtle Cedar finish.

A soft oat base keeps the body smooth, while restrained bitterness lets the hops do the talking. Layered with El Dorado, Idaho Gem and CryoPop, this one is designed to be fresh, vibrant and highly drinkable.
