Fish Friday has landed… and this weeks catch is Tusk. Tusk is often compared to cod or haddock, with firm, flaky white flesh and a mild, slightly sweet flavour.

Its meaty texture makes it brilliant pan-fried or baked, simply served with lemon, garlic and herb butter and it holds together beautifully in fish pies, curries and hearty chowders too.

Every Thur - Sat evening, we’re serving 12-inch pizzas made from hand-stretched dough, topped with our homemade herb-rich tomato sauce and finished fresh to order. Think classics like Margherita and pepperoni, alongside a few chef’s specials.
Perfect for a relaxed supper at the farm or an easy takeaway on the way home.
