We're delighted to introduce this latest addition to their popular collection, and honestly...we can't get enough.

What are we drinking at Vino Zero this summer...?

Well, this beautifully crisp white from Zeronimo, of course!

Grüner Veltliner is Austria’s signature white grape, celebrated for its vibrant acidity, subtle spice, and food-friendly versatility. Zeronimo captures that unmistakable character in a refined alcohol-free expression crafted with precision and respect for the original w**e.

Produced by Katja & Patrick at their acclaimed Heribert Bayer w**ery in Burgenland Austria, the w**e begins as a carefully made 'old vines' Grüner Veltliner, before undergoing gentle vacuum distillation with skilled aroma preservation & recovery. This meticulous process preserves the varietal’s natural freshness, aromatic complexity, and structure.

On the nose, expect crisp orchard fruit, citrus peel and delicate white pepper spice, supported by subtle floral notes. The palate is bright, dry and mineral, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish that reflects the classic Austrian style.

The Franka Collins

Bright, bubbly, and refreshingly crisp 🍹
A timeless classic, with a non-alc Nordic twist.

Ingredients:

4 cl Nordic Aperitif

4 cl Lemon juice

2 cl Syrup

Top with soda

Lemon slice

Maraschino cherry

Method:

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in Nordic Aperitif, lemon juice, and syrup.
Stir gently, then top with soda.
Garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
Serve and enjoy the refreshing sparkle ✨️
