Created as a tribute to the waters that surround Anglesey, Menai Oyster Gin is unlike any other gin in our range.
Rather than simply infusing oysters into the finished spirit, we carefully distil locally sourced Menai oysters alongside juniper and lemon to create a distinctive distillate that captures the character of the coastline.
The oyster distillate brings a subtle salinity and complexity, complementing the bright citrus notes and classic juniper character to create a remarkably smooth and balanced gin.
Despite its name, this isn't a gin that tastes of oysters. Instead, it offers a clean, refined spirit with a unique maritime influence that continues to surprise and delight gin lovers.
