Yesterday was a day serving coffee and cake in the farmshop and today is a day selling young stock at Castle Douglas Mart.

Great to see local farmers getting good prices for good cattle!

As it’s such a lovely day we have decided to host a little egg hut on the beach at Mossyard!

If you find an egg with our farmshop logo on it bring it up to the shop where you can choose a piece of cake and a drink of your choice!

If you find more than one egg please leave for someone else to find!

Lots of lovely home baked goodies available throughout the weekend in our little Farmshop.

Whether you are looking for a pit stop milkshake, a sausage roll or some freshly baked bread we are stocked.

Lots of local cheeses, reserves, honey and biscuits too!

Don’t forget our our pulled pork rolls tomorrow too!

We are open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and closed on Monday!

“Campfire rack of lamb”

Some lovely fresh loaves in the farmshop this morning.

I’ve always been frightened of bread making but I’m starting to really embrace it and enjoy it!! 💛 however the 5.30am starts to make sure the bread is ready… not so much! 💤

Happy Mothers Day to all the amazing Mums. My little darlings melted me with a lovely card this morning full of lovely words - I’ve come to work with a spring and a smile. 💛

A happy afternoon of restocking shelves ready to open tomorrow for the season of 2025.

As well as a selection of our own meat and some fabulous local produce our own home baked sweet treats will be back too!

What a glorious spell of beautiful weather!

Look out for lots of sheep with lambs in the surrounding fields as you drive down our farm road. They are all fun of the joys of Spring! 🌼
