As the longestโserving member of The Ship Inn team you may not know that I was first rescued by the RNLI on a school trip and have had a few disasters in life, not all on land, moments that has shaped a lifelong respect for the people who keep our coast safe.
Despite being diagnosed with blood cancer six years ago, Iโve been training hard and Iโm determined to do my bit. With your support, Iโm confident we can raise ยฃ10,000+ and help bring this lifeboat closer to reality. If you can spare even a few pounds, youโll be helping save lives. And that feels like a pretty good reason to get on my bike!
