Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting to showcase their outstanding product range.

A huge thank you to Jez Burns for his insightful presentation and for sharing his expertise, and to Rob Lawton for the creativity, skill, and care he put into crafting such high-quality dishes. The time and effort they both invested truly made the session incredibly worthwhile for our customers.

📊 Market Update: Recent severe cold conditions across major growing regions in Spain has resulted in significant production challenges for several widely sourced vegetables.
Freezing night-time temperatures in areas such as Alicante and Almería have slowed or halted crop growth, leading to reduced availability across European supply chains.

As a result, we are seeing notable price increases and limited supply in products such as Aubergines, Courgettes, and Cucumbers. Market reports indicate that prices have risen sharply due to limited supply and slowed plant regrowth.
