We’re looking for a proper artisan baker.

The sort of person who gets excited about sourdough starters, long fermentation, beautiful crumb structure, hand shaping baguettes, and creating incredible bread from scratch.

Meet the real powerhouses keeping the bakery alive and kicking. Head Chef Stav is the absolute brains behind the entire operation (and yes, she works way harder and wakes up way earlier than I do). 👑

And then there’s Rabi who Stav claims is literally the BEST baker in the world. Judging by those pastry layers, she might be 100% right. 🥐🔥

They do the heavy lifting, I just show up with the camera. Teamwork makes the dream work! 🤝✨

Some days really stop you in your tracks. ❤️

When we opened Savour, we dreamed of creating beautiful pastries, great coffee and a place that would bring people together.

But moments like this remind us that it is about so much more than that.

To receive this message from the incredible team in the RVI Emergency Department genuinely means the world to us. These are people who spend their days, nights, weekends and holidays caring for others, often in the most difficult circumstances imaginable.

If a small box of pastries can bring a smile to someone who has spent hours looking after patients, then that means more to us than we can put into words.

We are so incredibly grateful for every nurse, doctor, healthcare assistant, porter, cleaner and member of staff who keeps our hospitals running and cares for our community when they need it most.

Thank you for everything you do.

The truth is, this is why we do it.

Not for the awards.
Not for the recognition.
Not for the social media posts.

For moments like this.

Knowing that something made with care has brought a little bit of happiness to people who spend their lives giving so much to others. 💚

My mam banned me from driving, so now she’s a chaotic late-night delivery driver. 🚙💨

While everyone else was asleep, we took a midnight trip to the RVI to drop off fresh pastries for the A&E nightshift staff. They work tirelessly while the rest of us are in bed, so it’s the least we could do! 💙🥐

Who else has a mam that absolutely refuses to let them navigate? 😂👇

When you step in to help because the bakery is short-staffed... and end up on the BBC. 🤫
