Evening Low fellers. A very personal bracelet has been handed into the shop today by a very kind gent. I won't say what kind as we need to make sure it gets back to it's rightful owner. So if you know of someone that's lost one early this morning or late the night before please speak to a member of staff. We really would like to see this back where it belongs as we think it has great sentimental value.

Morning Low Fell onestoppers. A little bit of wholesomeness to start your weekend. I had the pleasure to meet the Newcastle Wheelchair Rugby guys on Tuesday to deliver a cheque for £1000 on behalf of Onestop community fund. They are an amazing bunch of people who run the club from Gateshead leisure Centre. This is where your donations go. Every penny you pop in our community tins goes back to the people that need our help most. Look out in the new year when we look to raise lots more cash for such worthy causes. Thanks for letting us attend, both Jamie and I feel very honoured to have met you all.

F.A.O. all parcel customers. We provide Evri, Inpost and Yodel services in store. Each provider has different methods for you to complete the service you require. I shall list what you will need for each below.

Yodel:- for sending you will need a barcode for us to scan. You can provide an email for tracking or we can give you a paper reciept. For collection you will need a barcode and a valid form of ID.
Inpost:- for sending you will need either a QR code or six digit number and you will need to enter your email address for the parcel label to print. For collection the same aswell as valid ID.
Evri:- for sending you will need a QR code to scan at the printer in shop to print your label and you will need to provide an email address into the system too. For collection give your name at the counter along with a valid form of ID.
Alternatively when posting you can print off your labels at home should you wish too but bare in mind they have to be clear for the machines to read the barcodes.
To avoid some confusion Vinted is not a parcel provider it is a marketplace the same as eBay. We do take parcels from 6am till 10pm but also be aware you will have a little wait time if you pick-up/ drop off during school rush morning and afternoon.

Finally I'd like to remind all customers that abuse of the staff will not be tolerated in any form.
