The support you’ve shown us this year has been absolutely incredible. Demand for tickets has been greater than ever, and we can’t thank you enough for getting behind the festival.

🎟️ SATURDAY, SUNDAY & WEEKEND TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT! There will be no paid entry on the door on Saturday or Sunday and no more tickets will become available online.

🎶 FRIDAY NIGHT TICKETS ARE STILL AVAILABLE!
You can grab your ticket in advance online, or pay on the door tomorrow night - so if you haven’t made plans yet, you still have time to join us! And it’s FIZZ FRIDAY! 🥂Get the weekend started with a bottle of Prosecco for just 10 tokens🍾

Saturday and full‑weekend passes have officially sold out, and we’re so grateful for the amazing support. But the good news is there’s still time to join us with Friday tickets and limited Sunday tickets still available online.

We’re officially one week away from Bill Quay Summer Festival, and the excitement is really kicking in! 🙌🏻

To help you plan your bank holiday weekend, we’ve released the full band timings for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
It’s a brilliant mix of returning favourites, fresh new acts and three full days of live music, local food and proper community spirit. Whether you’re joining us for one day or settling in for the whole weekend, there’s plenty to look forward to.

🚨 Festival Week Incoming! Please take a moment to check our travel & security info…

With Bill Quay Summer Festival just around the corner, we’re asking everyone to take a minute to familiarise themselves with the key travel and security details for the weekend. It helps us keep things running smoothly, safely and ensures everyone has the best possible time.
🔸 No parking at the Cricket Club during the festival - please walk or use public transport where you can
🔸 Pelaw Metro is a short walk away
🔸 Bus routes 27, 515 and 568 stop close to the festival site
🔸 Gateshead Central Taxis will have drivers available all weekend - call 0191 4699 999
🔸 If travelling by car, please park legally and considerately. Heworth North Car Park (NE10 0YJ) is available, with a short walk or bus from Heworth Interchange
🔸 Blue Badge holders can email [email protected] to discuss parking arrangements

We’re officially two weeks away from the August Bank Holiday weekend, and the excitement is building! With three days of live music, brilliant local food, family‑friendly fun and that unbeatable festival atmosphere, we can’t wait to welcome you back to the tent. 🎪

To help you plan your weekend, here are our frequently asked questions:
✨ Opening times: Friday 5–11pm, Saturday 12–11pm, Sunday 12–10pm
✨ Dogs welcome (on a lead at all times)
✨ Cards & cash accepted at the token hut
✨ Camping chairs & small picnics permitted - though we’d love you to support our local food vendors
✨ No pay on the door after 9pm each day
✨ Security bag checks on entry - please keep luggage to a minimum
✨ No alcohol to be brought on site; all drinks must be purchased at the bar
✨ Challenge 25 in operation - please bring ID if you’re lucky enough to look under 25

🎟️ With limited tickets still available, now’s the perfect time to get your plans locked in. Whether you’re joining us for one day or the whole weekend, it’s shaping up to be a brilliant few days!
